We bring together six to eight women across building seasons and experiences, meet every quarter over dinner in your city, so every table has someone who's been where you're going.
A note from Rachel
VentureWomen grew out of something I have learned over decades of building, investing, and advising: we build better when we are willing to share more than our successes.
We share the hard-earned lessons and the judgment that comes from them. The missteps and the recoveries. The questions we did not know how to ask until we were already in the middle of something difficult.
And there is something powerful about being in a room with the right women. Women in different seasons of building, from different cities and with different experiences, but who have each other's best interests at heart.
That means we will celebrate one another, but we will also challenge one another. We will share what we know about building and scaling, capital and ownership, leadership and risk, and the decisions that are rarely discussed openly.
Because sometimes what you need is not another answer. It is someone who has been there before, someone who sees something you cannot see yet, or someone willing to ask the question you have been avoiding.
